I'm very happy with this purchase. I was also happy when I powered it up and everything work perfectly with no leaks. I called support about shipping delays from the trucking company, and they were quickly on it. My first tub, a lot better than the ones we used in Airbnb. I have a mechanical background, and I also like that all the components are standard. Nothing looks to be proprietary. Added +.

Really Excellent Hot Tub! As with any high cost purchase, I was hesitant to buy a $7000 hot tub online. So far it is exceeding our expectations in always. The shipment was ridiculously fast, the service has been great, and the crate that it arrived in, was extremely well protected. The Shell and lining feel very high-end, and the extra features or something that you wouldn’t expect on a sub $10,000 hot tub. Highly highly recommend.

My family and I are thoroughly enjoying our new Comfort 834 hot tub! The entire experience has gone very well…from purchasing the hot tub online, getting it shipped to our driveway, setting up, and using it almost daily for about 2 weeks now. During this time, I’ve reached out to Support multiple times to get answers to some questions I had and both Nick and Cynthia have been amazing and extremely prompt! We enjoy how powerful the jets are. They help you feel relaxed at the end of a long day! Another thing we enjoy is how quickly it heats up and how well the spa maintains its temperature thanks to the spa being insulated well. Granted, we did purchase their upgraded spa cover, but I can confirm the previous cover that comes with the spa was also effective at keeping the heat inside the spa. We’re extremely satisfied with our purchase and look forward to using our hot tub for many years to come!

I bought this product. It’s a really nice hot tub has all the features waterfall. Also has a split waterfall temperature gets up to 104° when the covers on very comfortable.
So happy with our decision to go with comfort spas. It arrived earlier than expected, was packaged so professionally. Installation was a breeze. The professional electrician was very impressed with the electrical installation inside the spa. So impressed with the pumps and love all the LED lights. Once again so happy & impressed!! This is our 3rd hot tub and dollar for dollar by far is our favorite one.
There was an air valve stuck when we got it so it would not heat up but the guy on customer service was very helpful and we were able to fix it with his help. We love it and go in it every night!

Our Comfort Hot Tub arrived right on time. It only took 7 days from CA to WA! It's one of the factors that played into my decision to purchase it. The other companies had 4-8 weeks for shipping. The price and quality of the components was another consideration. Comfort Hot Tubs are priced well, without sacrificing quality. We haven't used it yet, but it's set up and I'm very pleased with the style and quality of the shell and tub. The jets are steel, and my electrician said the components look great. I'll share another review after it's up and running. We're excited to get started!

This hot tub is great for the price! We paid half of what we would have for a bullfrog hot tub, and it still looks great and works well. We have had it over a month and are very happy! The delivery driver was great and helped get it behind our back fence and since it was delivered upright on the pallet we were able to pull it on OSB using a pallet jack and lower it down with 4 people onto the concrete pad. The bad news is the manual is not great but enough to operate most things, however I will say they are VERY responsive to emails and can often reply within a few hours for any questions. Overall it does a great job heating and the jets are powerful- hopefully it holds up, but definitely great so far!
Strong jets, easy to use controls, sturdy, looks very well made. High quality - amazed that it is 1/2 what comparable hot tubs are in the store. Kids love the lights and water fall!
The communication was great! The driver was excellent! The tub is amazing, jets are super strong. The only issue and I’m still trying to figure it out, when it goes into its cycle twice a day water comes out the top from the side of the cover. And bonus…we repurposed the delivery crate for our chicken coop??

We just set this up yesterday—so going by initial thoughts. Nice looking tub, set up was relatively straight forward. We opened the access panel ahead of our electrician arriving, and noticed a couple of the small water hose clamps were loosened during the shipping process. Took care of that and everything else was good. We filled the tub, checked for leaks and found none. My only real negative was related to shipping—took an extra week after our tub arrived locally to get it to us, and of course the hot tub cover isn’t as robust as we’d like. It would have been a nice option to up charge a heavier duty cover, as the thin roll up style one doesn’t feel as sturdy as a regular cover. We will definitely be swapping that out right off the bat as we live in the northeast—but we were well aware that this came with the roll up cover so it’s totally fine. UPDATE: We reached out to Comfort Hot Tubs and they did offer an option to get the two-flip cover. We are VERY happy with the hot tub and the response from the company with a few questions we’ve had. Highly recommend!!!

I recently purchased a Comfort Hot Tub a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. My wife and I were super happy with how sleek the tubs was and it made a beautiful addition to our outdoor space. We also love how user-friendly it is to operate. Even for someone like me who is not particularly tech-savvy, it was a breeze to set up and start using. The only thing I wish it would have come with was a set of stairs although this wasn't a deal-breaker for us. So, I like the construction well enough, and am mostly happy with the components, but I wish they had included a GS instead of VS spa pack. For less than $100 more, the GS spa pack supports WIFI app features that would be handy. The Balboa spa pack has the heater built in, so replacing it is not worth the added cost. Point to note, NOT WIFI ready. The disappointment is the spa lounger seat is way way too small and your knees have to bend at least 90 degrees for you to use it. It's the least comfortable seat. I kind of like the roll up cover as it's easier to deal with than the big folding covers, but time will tell when it gets waterlogged as to what I will replace it with. No leaks, good programming in controller, silent idle operation, and decent pressure from the 2 jet pumps. It's a decent starter tub, for which I am a starter buyer, the quality is honestly better than I expected, and online buying experience was easy enough.
I live in Jackson Wyoming and I was blown away by the prices of hot tubs at our local retail store. I came across a comfort hot tub ad and to be honest was super nervous about buying online. I took a chance though and am really happy that I did. I've been really happy with the quality of the hot tub and ive found their support team to be super helpful as well

The workmanship on the hot tub is very nice. The exterior looks like wood but it’s actually made of a plastic like material. Looks like it will last a long time. Its definitely very sturdy. When it arrived, it was missing a neck pillow. They replaced it for me but wish they had a better Quality Control and sent it to me in the original packaging. All good since they took care of it and sent me one

We ordered this hot tub and it was delivered within a week. Unfortunately the delivery was unannounced but we were home at the time so it didn’t really matter for us. They deliver it in a huge wooden box and they won’t move it past your curb. It’s 900 lbs, so unless you have the equipment to move the box, you will need to hire a moving company. When we opened the box, one of the panels were damaged from shipping. We emailed the sellers and they quickly apologized and are sending a replacement panel. The hot tub is great quality and heated from 62 degrees to 100 degrees in 6 hours and it was 35 degrees outside. It has a ton of LED lights and two water features. The cover isn’t the typical rigid two fold hot tub cover. It is thin and rolls up. It remains to be seen how we like the design. It takes two people to take it completely off and put it on the ground but it isn’t very heavy. We are pleased with our purchase and recommend this hot tub.
When the hot tub arrived, the cover had a rip in it. Was disapointed about this. They did respond to me quickly though and sent me a replacement one though
Great hot tub! I live in a very remote area in the mountains. The shipping company that Comfort hot tubs used (abf) called me and let me know that they could not deliver the hot tub because of where I lived. I called comfort hot tubs and they found a new shipping company to deliver it to the final mile for me. Very thankful that they got it done

Control System
The Comfort 834 uses a best-in class Balboa control system. The control system is the brain of the spa, controlling everything from jets and lights to temperature and cleaning cycles.
We use the Balboa Control System in our hot tubs because it is the highest quality in the market and the most reliable. Additionally, it can be serviced by any local spa technician.
Dimensions
The dimensions of the hot tub are 82.7” x 82.7” x 36.6” (2100 x 2100 x 930 mm). The hot tub can fit up to 6 people, holds up to 314 gallons of water and weighs 1,014 lbs dry (about 3,630 lbs with water).

Acrylic Shell
We use vacuum heat forming technology to build the acrylic shell structure. The automated machining process ensures consistency and quality craftmanship across all units.
The Acrylic Shell serves two purposes:
Durability and resistance to scratches, stains, and UV radiation.
Excellent heat retention, helping to keep the water temperature consistent and reducing energy costs.
Insulation
We use closed-cell spray foam insulation to maintain the temperature of your hot tub. The foam is sprayed underneath the acrylic shell.
This superior insulation keeps the water temperature consistent and reduces energy costs. It additionally reduces the strain on the heating system, resulting in a longer lifespan for your spa.
Filtration
The Balboa control system will manage the automated filtration system for the spa.
In the filtration cycle, the silent circulation pump (.5 horsepower) will run every 3-4 hours and pass water through the filter and the ozonator. The ozonator eliminates water contaminants with ozone, reducing the need for excessive chemicals in the spa.
Jets Lights Waterfall
The spas is equipped with 2 high-tech pumps (3 horsepower each).
These pumps power the 55 stainless steel hydrotherapeutic jets in the hot tub. The massage jets, ranging from 1 inch to 4 inches in diameter, are expertly placed throughout the spa to target specific muscle groups, offering a customized massage experience that meets your unique needs.
The hot tub’s LED lights add luxury to your spa experience, with customizable color options to create a stunning visual display. The height adjustable waterfall and fountains also create for a soothing spa experience.
