I called support about shipping delays from the trucking company, and they were quickly on it. My first tub, a lot better than the ones we used in Airbnb. I have a mechanical background, and I also like that all the components are standard. Nothing looks to be proprietary. Added +.

Awesome hot tub! This hot tub arrived on time and was able to get it hooked up and hot tubbing in the same day. The cover was damaged in transit but I got ahold of comfort tubs and they sent me a new one without any issues. The tub is amazing, the jets are strong and the temperature doesn’t drop when it’s extremely cold outside. My girls and I love it!

Spa was delivered quickly and completely put together. Seats in the spa are comfy. Heats quickly and the lights are awesome. Great price for the type of spa it is!

Great find!! Comfort Hot Tubs - Purchased a spa from promoter (Nick) on 4/1/24 and one week later 4/8/24 the spa was on our property. This was a replacement spa, so most of the electrical wiring was in place. Hubby filled it and hired an electrician to help with the new wire needed to ensure all was up to code. Very happy with it!!
