Well built, low profile, great looking. The neck pillows double as seats. The outside is very attractive. The inside is so well built, much nicer than the Costco hot tub we had for a decade. Super easy to install - we had it filled up and were relaxing in it same day! Loads of different jet types on each seat. Fun light show. Highly recommended!

Our tub was delivered quickly within 10 days of placing the order. We did have some challenges finding someone to move it and place it in our pad. Once placed, we connected and turned it on! We enjoyed the tub the first day! It has awesome and powerful jets. It really is a Comfort Spa. Plenty of room for 6. What attracted me to this spa was its low profile size. Our yard is quite large and it doesn’t dominate the landscape. We love and highly recommend it. The cover is great quality as well.
Looks so sleek and high tech. The jets are so powerful and it warms up in just a few hours. By far the best hot tub I have ever been in and I can’t believe it’s mine. So relaxed and best sleep ever after using it!

I am new to the hot tub world and was skeptical about buying one new. I had been searching for months looking for a great hot tub with a simple layout, a reputable brand and history for being durable. This one caught my eye right away. We thoroughly researched reviews, feedback, etc... and found no unreasonable information to steer us away from this brand. Here is where I am very happy with choosing Comfort Hot Tub... after setting up and installing the hot tub, several issues were notable immediately. I sent an email describing the situations and within an hour or 2 I received an email from a rep that was eager to assist and resolve the problems. Without getting into details I want to express how engaged they were in not only coming up with a solution but going above and beyond to make it right. Comfort Hot Tub has the Gold Standard when it comes to customer service! Mistakes happen in manufacturing and every once in a while defects and/or abnormalities can slip through the cracks BUT great customer service is a choice and is rare these days. I can't express enough how well I was treated, communicated with and mutually agreed upon solutions were made in a timely manner! My hats off to the amazing team at Comfort Hot Tub!

Let's dive into the technology
Control System
The Comfort 816 uses a best-in class Balboa control system. The control system is the brain of the spa, controlling everything from jets and lights to temperature and cleaning cycles.
We use the Balboa Control System in our hot tubs because it is the highest quality in the market and the most reliable. Additionally, it can be serviced by any local spa technician.
Dimensions
This well designed spa is 78.5” x 78.5” x 34” in width, length and height. The spa has two loungers, which is perfect for a couple. It can comfortably sit 4 people and has capacity to hold up to 6 people at any given time
The hot tub is shipped in a crate and the crate dimensions are 79.5” x 84.5” x 35” and weighs approximately 950lbs.
Acrylic Shell
We use vacuum heat forming technology to build the acrylic shell structure. The automated machining process ensures consistency and quality craftmanship across all units.
The Acrylic Shell serves two purposes:
Durability and resistance to scratches, stains, and UV radiation.
Excellent heat retention, helping to keep the water temperature consistent and reducing energy costs.
Insulation
We use closed-cell spray foam insulation to maintain the temperature of your hot tub. The foam is sprayed underneath the acrylic shell.
This superior insulation keeps the water temperature consistent and reduces energy costs. It additionally reduces the strain on the heating system, resulting in a longer lifespan for your spa.
Filtration
The Balboa control system will manage the automated filtration system for the spa.
In the filtration cycle, the silent circulation pump (.5 horsepower) will run every 3-4 hours and pass water through the filter and the ozonator. The ozonator eliminates water contaminants with ozone, reducing the need for excessive chemicals in the spa.
Jets And Lights
The spas is equipped with 2 high-tech pumps (3 horsepower each), that power the 44 hydrotherapeutic stainless steel jets.
These 44 adjustable massage jets are expertly placed throughout the spa to deliver the ultimate hydrotherapeutic massage experience.
The hot tub’s LED lights add luxury to your spa experience, with customizable color options to create a stunning visual display.
