Comfort Hot Tub's manufacturer warrants the spa shell to the customers against water loss due to structural failure for 1 year from the original date of manufacture*
Comfort Hot Tub's manufacturer warrants electrical components, specifically the sound system against malfunctions due to defected materials or workmanship for 1 year from the original date of manufacture*
Comfort Hot Tub's manufacturer warrants the balboa control system and LX pumps to the customers for 1 year from the original date of manufacture*
Comfort Hot Tub's manufacturer warrants the factory-installed plumbing components not to leak for 1 year from the original date of manufacture. This warranty specifically covers leaks from jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints, and hoses*
Comfort Hot Tub's manufacturer warrants the interior surface of the spa shell against blistering, cracking, or delaminating for 1 year from the original date of manufacture*
Comfort Hot Tub's manufacturer warrants the spa cover against malfunctions due to defected materials or workmanship for 1 year from the original date of manufacture*

Warranty Limitations And Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty is void if the Comfort Hot Tub’s or its designated representative determines that the spa has been subjected to alteration, neglect,
misuse, abuse, extraordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, or freight damage caused by a common carrier; any damage
caused by repairs that have been attempted by anyone other than a designated representative; damage or failure due to installation of aftermarket parts
that are not Genuine Comfort Hot Tub branded parts & accessories (including but not limited to filters, UV-C bulbs, ozone systems, repair parts and other
accessories); or if the failure is caused by accident, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of Comfort Hot Tubs. Neglect, misuse and abuse also include any
installation, operation or maintenance of the spa,
including but not limited to the failure to maintain proper water chemistry and chemical balance and the use of abrasive or improper cleaners. This Limited
Warranty does not provide coverage for any item attached to or installed on the spa after the date of manufacture, or for gaining access to any component for repair or
replacement. Spa units used in a commercial application are excluded from any coverage whatsoever. Our Premium Warranty Program only covers replacement of parts. Labor and cost of labor not included in warranty. All warranty requests not guaranteed. Contingent upon manufacturer’s approval.
